Terms of Service

Last updated: March 17, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, installing, accessing, or using Klixsor software ("Software"), you ("Customer", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Software. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Klixsor ("Company", "we", "us").

2. License Grant

Subject to these Terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Software on servers you own or control, solely for your internal business purposes.

  • Each license key is valid for one installation on one server.
  • You may not sublicense, resell, redistribute, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works of the Software.
  • The license is tied to your subscription plan and its associated limits (campaigns, domains, users, features).
  • We reserve the right to revoke your license at any time if you violate these Terms.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You are solely responsible for all traffic routed through the Software and for all content, landing pages, offers, and destinations associated with your campaigns. You agree that you will not use the Software to:

  • Deceive advertisers or ad networks — including but not limited to click fraud, impression fraud, fake conversions, cookie stuffing, ad stacking, domain spoofing, misleading ad placements, or any activity designed to manipulate advertising metrics or violate ad network terms of service.
  • Generate or distribute malicious or harmful traffic — including bot traffic presented as human traffic, traffic generated by malware or adware, traffic from compromised devices or botnets, DDoS attacks, or any artificially generated or incentivized traffic intended to defraud.
  • Engage in cloaking for deceptive purposes — including showing different content to ad network reviewers versus end users with the intent to circumvent ad platform policies, promote prohibited products, or mislead compliance teams.
  • Promote illegal content — including illegal goods or services, child exploitation material, content that violates applicable laws in your jurisdiction, or content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights.
  • Distribute malware or engage in phishing — including redirecting users to pages that install malware, harvest credentials, or impersonate legitimate businesses or organizations.
  • Violate privacy laws — including collecting personal data without consent, failing to comply with GDPR, CCPA, or other applicable data protection regulations, or tracking users in jurisdictions where such tracking is prohibited.
  • Harm end users — including forced redirects to unwanted content, browser locking, auto-downloads, tech support scams, or any deceptive user experience.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your license immediately and without refund if we determine, at our sole discretion, that you are violating this Acceptable Use Policy.

4. Disclaimer of Responsibility for Customer Redirections

The Software is a self-hosted traffic distribution tool. You install it on your own server, configure your own campaigns, and control all traffic routing, redirections, landing pages, and offer destinations. We have no visibility into, control over, or responsibility for:

  • The content of your landing pages, offers, or destination URLs.
  • The traffic sources you use or how you acquire traffic.
  • The redirections, filters, or routing rules you configure.
  • Any revenue, conversions, or business outcomes resulting from your use of the Software.
  • Any disputes between you and advertising networks, affiliate networks, traffic sources, or other third parties.

You bear full and sole responsibility for ensuring that your use of the Software complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and third-party terms of service, including the terms of any advertising platforms, affiliate networks, or traffic sources you work with. We are not a party to your business relationships and accept no liability for your campaigns or their consequences.

5. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Klixsor, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or related to:

  • Your use of the Software.
  • Your violation of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.
  • Your violation of any applicable law or regulation.
  • Any content, traffic, or campaigns you create, distribute, or manage using the Software.
  • Any third-party claims related to your redirections, landing pages, offers, or traffic.

6. Subscription and Payment

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually based on your selected plan.
  • Payment is processed via Stripe or PayPal. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges.
  • Prices are in USD and do not include applicable taxes, which are your responsibility.
  • Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your license.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • Plan upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.

7. Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds. We provide a free 30-day trial and a live demo so you can evaluate the Software before purchasing. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have had the opportunity to test the Software and agree that no refund will be issued. Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated without first contacting us may result in immediate license termination.

8. Service Availability and Support

  • The Software is self-hosted. Uptime and availability depend on your server infrastructure and are your responsibility.
  • We provide the Software "as is" and do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
  • We provide updates and bug fixes at our discretion. Updates are delivered through the built-in update mechanism.
  • Email support is available at support@klixsor.com. Response times are not guaranteed but we aim to respond within 24 hours on business days.
  • Free installation assistance is included with all plans.

9. Intellectual Property

The Software, including all source code, binaries, documentation, designs, and trademarks, is and remains the exclusive property of Klixsor. Your license does not grant you any ownership rights. You may not remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices in the Software.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Klixsor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Software, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

We are not liable for any losses resulting from your campaign configurations, traffic routing decisions, redirections, or interactions with third-party platforms.

11. Termination

  • You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription and uninstalling the Software.
  • We may terminate or suspend your license immediately, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms.
  • Upon termination, your license to use the Software is revoked. You must uninstall all copies.
  • Sections 4, 5, 9, 10, and 13 survive termination.

12. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on our website. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance. If you disagree with updated Terms, your sole remedy is to stop using the Software and cancel your subscription.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration. You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits against Klixsor.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Klixsor regarding use of the Software. They supersede all prior agreements, understandings, or representations.
